After attacks, troops from Congo
 kill 34 TV and resume the country
Gunmen stormed the airport,
 station and military base in the 
capital.
Army neutralized actions that 
aim to 'sow panic', says government.

The government of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC)
 announced 
 Monday (30) have killed at least 34 members 
of a group suspected of terrorism after a series of 
 attacks on the airport, the headquarters of the television and radio network 
public and were attacked a military base in Kinshasa, the capital. 
The information was released by the spokesman of the government 
 Congolese, Lambert Mende, reported EFE. 
 Public broadcaster was resumed by the Armed Forces 
Congolese rebels after they addressed a 
political message against the government. Attacks 
were seen by the local press as an attempt to 
 seizure of power by followers of religious leader Paul 
Joseph Mukungubila. 
"Our city suffered a terrorist attack by a group 
terrorist unidentified, unknown, "said Mende 
in a speech broadcast on state television after resumption 
the issuing government. 
The attacks were made in the morning for 70 
men, of whom 34 were killed elsewhere in the 
capital. Of the 20 that attacked the airport in Kinshasa, 
 ten patients were killed by the Army. 
Another target was the headquarters of state television and radio network 
Congolese, the TRNC. Of the 30 men who attacked 
issuing eight were killed and three were arrested. At the headquarters of 
General Staff of the Navy, in the neighborhood Ngaliema, 16 
terrorists were killed, Mende said. 
The government spokesman said the army "neutralized" 
attack from "severe" form and congratulated Forces 
Armed Congolese for his performance. 
"The government asks the population of Kinshasa to come back 
 to their normal occupations and continue preparing 
Christmas and New Year, "said Mende. 
The government spokesman said that the measures 
security will be strengthened after the attack. 
"(The attack) had no other aim but to sow panic 
before the celebration of the arrival of a new year, so that 
 has importance in our culture, "he said.
