Hillary Clinton future president of the United States

I want to give you a quick update to make sure we're all on the same page.

Together, we’ve built an insurmountable lead in pledged delegates,

 we’ve won more votes than any other candidate in either party

 -- and you got us through our most recent fundraising deadline 

of the primary with flying colors.

Here's what that means: We only need to secure 70 more delegates

 to lock this thing up for good, and best of all, it should only be a

 few days before that happens.

Once we do, we head into the next phase of this race -- and that's 

going to be a little different than what we've done before, even for

 those of us who have worked on a lot of campaigns in the past. 

Donald Trump isn't normal. He isn't going to run a normal 

campaign. And even though each time he pulls a stunt, it will 

reinforce the fact that he's temperamentally unfit to be our next 

president, it will also dominate the way reporters talk about this 

race, the way that voters understand this election, and the focus 

of people on this campaign.

All of which ... is a challenge.

But we're going to challenge Donald Trump and his campaign. 

He's not going to build a grassroots organizing program to reach 

voters at their doors -- but that's exactly how this campaign is

 spending its time. He doesn't think that data is important 

(which is literally a thing he says in interviews). We, uhm, disagree

 -- and ground every decision that we make in the best science 

we can find. And most importantly, we're going to rebut every

 ugly, divisive argument he makes every time he opens his dumb mouth.

And I'm 100 percent confident in our ability to do all those

 things because we're going to do them with you.

So this is the part where I'm going to make a concrete ask: 

Before we lock up the nomination and move into the

 general, we're making sure that Hillary has a chance

 to see who has been standing with her. Chip in to

 before it’s too late!
