MANDALA TRANSFORMATION FOUNDATION, Inc.
PRESENTS
THE ART OF ONENESS
SITEMAP

In the beginning, the original language was the Mother Earth language. Before, that indigenous peoples were making different markings on rocks. People were communicating with nature, plants, animals, rocks….In this way, they were learning how to take care of the Earth. They were living a ceremonial life. Later on, they added new words to their vocabulary, such as: emotions, clothes, shoes, rings, tables….and they started to communicate with each other. What is interesting is that the more words we added to the original language, the further we separated from Mother Earth.
MAIN STEPS FOR TRADITIONAL CEREMONIES AND THE WAY OF PEACEFUL LIFE
Through ceremonies we connect on deeper levels with the spirit world. We learn about ourselves and nature. Spirits are giving us messages about ourselves and nature. Through ceremonies, we connect on deeper levels with the spirit world. They are giving us messages about what to do according to our intention. With each step we do, the spirits learn because they see the cause and effect of the process. It is a beautiful, magic circle of exchanging energies from the spirit world to the three-dimensional world.
In any healing ceremony, a sick person has to know how to accept the illness and surrender. This state of mind is the doorway for the healing.  After that, a Medicine man can help you  heal yourself and regardless of how sick you are.
First we burn the sage, clear the negative energy, and ask the spirit world to release the medicine and Mother Earth to bless us. After this, we can start to work with others and the goal:
1. Ask the land for permission
2. Talk to trees, rocks, lakes, birds……. If our intent is to create the Bear ceremony we have to ask ourselves what we will do for that bear.  If our intent is to create a sweat lodge, we have to ask ourselves what we can do for that sweat lodge. We have to be aware that everything is alive! The answer can be to give some offering. We always get direction from the spirit world.
3. At the top of  the mountains, make an offering to the four directions: North, South, East, West. In this way we, are create a grid line.
4. All of these energies help us start realizing the goal. In order to prepare for the ceremony, the spiritual leader or a medicine man will invoke the spirits to protect the attendees for their trip to the ceremony. We connect with the participants’ spirits and their aunt sisters. If our intention is to create a healing sweat lodge, there spirit world  will give us the direction we need: how to heal, call the medicine and what to do next.
5. Focus on the ceremony.
6. Clearing ceremony: We take away everything that has died: plants, animals…..because those spirits are still wandering around. If nobody prays for them and releases them, they do not know where to go. Those entities will come and interfere with the ceremony. We have to ask them to go to their place, back into the light.
7. Opening ceremony: For the Bear ceremony, we ask the bear’s permission to create a Bear ceremony with their help.
Taking care of intention: We make offerings at the fire. With healing round The intention makes the medicine work. We ask the spirit world (of fire, water, rocks….) to release the medicine.
9. We give thanks to all of the spirit world for its work and help, as we send them back home from where they came. We also express our gratitude to every being that participates at the ceremony.
Each step  requires clear intent that comes from the Creator, Mother Earth, aunt sisters… Sometimes we need different intentions to accomplish the goal. When we make offerings, we commit ourselves to Mother Earth, and she is committed  to us. In case all intentions are not in alignment with nature and our goal, we can not get Mother Earth’s support. We have to go back and add missing links.
We can create ceremonies for every bear, deer, eagle, plants, rocks…….All have the same base; however, they are different. Each being is unique with a different mission and a different frequency. This is the reason why  messages for the ceremonies are different. Because of the constant changes in nature, messages and medicine for the ceremonies were different thousand of years ago. At that time, the land, plants, rocks, animals…..were different, and they were radiating different energies. What we have been able to keep and preserve are the basic protocols that help us tune in to nature and work with it as one. This is the key.
Every ceremony has a different approach and spiritual protocols before we touch the wood, fire, water…. the earth elements. These protocols are shown to us through the spirit world, according to the intention before we physically start with the ceremony.
Songs and medicine are very important parts of the ceremonies.
SONGS
Songs are the keys to open up the doors to the spirit world in preparation for the ceremony.
1. With songs we call aunt sisters and the spirit world to help us according to our intention.
2. With the Mother Earth song we are asking for permission to use all energies for the intent.
3. The clearing song/death song follows.
4. Healing songs.
5. Songs of gratitude.
With our intention, we move around the energies and the spirits which participate at that time are helping us transform lower frequencies into higher realms. This transformation is the base for any change. This is the reason why it is very important that we have pure intentions.
We can use this ancient knowledge to transform any situation in our daily lives.
COMMON  MEDICINE
First we ask ourselves why we need the plant, which one we need and what the spirit world wants us to do with it. Our intention is to help the returning spirits guide us. Before we make a trip to get a particular plant, we make offerings, which are guided from the spirit world according to our intention. When we come to the place where we find the necessary plant for the ceremony, we pray and connect with it in the spirit world.
Before we take the plant, we pray and connect with it in the spirit world. The spirit of the plant will tell us which plant is ready for us, which part we can take and how many parts. When we know which one we can take, we ask for permission to use it. The plant will direct us to another plant if this particular one can offer only certain parts for a particular goal.  After Mother Earth is gives us the needed plants, we go back  home and pray, clearing the energies of the people who will prepare the medicine and the energies of the environment where we will work with the plant. Then, we are ready to prepare the plant for the ceremony.
Smudge sticks are made from sacred plants. They are a medicine. We use them to clear ourselves ofnegative energies. Here are some examples:
a) Grandfather sage or White sage or Southern California sage
b) Sweat grass
c) Silver sage or Worm wood is a medicine plant which is also mentioned in the Bible.
DEATH
In case somebody dies,  we have to first ask permission of the dead person to work with her/his aunt sisters. They will tell us what to do. Each spirit is depending on their spiritual level and the way they passed away. We should be aware that they are not spiritually dead! They are alive, but they have changed the form of their being. We are the ones who can help them on this transitional path.
First we have to know how to detach ourselves from them in order to help them. Only in this way can they be released. If the person was cremated he/she should receive our released prayers, and in that, we can spread the ashes in nature. Each spirit has different needs. We have to talk with them. After the spirit is released, we should not talk about that person because in doing so we bring back the intention of his/her spirit. This causes them to go back and forth from the place where they should rest and adjust. After one year, we can have a ceremony for that person ask the spirit to come back and help us.
Those, who do not reach and adjust to the spirit world are  known as ghosts, stuck spirits, which provide us with negative information because they do not know the light.
PEARLS OF ANCIENT WISDOM AND DAILY LIFE
Thousands of years ago people lived a ceremonial life. They  knew how to approach each situation in the way explained above. These are precious ancient pearls which we can now apply to our daily lives. It is the way to work with Mother Earth and be one with ourselves and others. If we follow the simple protocols mentioned above, we can create a peaceful family, environment, village, city…………
